Ceremonial rituals use a variety of artifacts, many of them recreated here down to the smallest detail. Below you'll see the amazing attention Jack's given to all  his work. Drums, turtle shell and buffalo rib dance rattles, shields and coup sticks, all made by hand as they were 400 years ago.

Drums

Drums are made from elk hide and can be made in 16”, 18” and 24” diameter. Drums can be plain or highly decorated. Painted drums are each unique and are painted with acrylic paints. Each drum includes a beater. Prices range from $125 to $250.

Turtle Shell Dance Rattles

Turtle shell rattles are made with wood or deer leg handles. Prices range from $45 to $65.

Buffalo Rib Dance Rattles

These dance rattles are made from the rib of a bison and simulate a bow in ceremonial dances. Prices range from $75 to $100.

Shields

Jack has made a wide variety of decorative shields. Shields can have beadwork or be painted and decorated with feathers and horse hair. They can also include animal skulls. Shields are 20” to 24” and are mounted on circular wood disk. Prices range from $125 to $450.
